June 2020 Bulletin

“Fret not thyself because of evildoers,”

Psalm 37:1

For many years now, the world has been told that we are under global threat, instilling fear into the general public that do not know God, or His word.

The year 2,000 was to bring with it the great computer crash, threatening our whole world’s economy.

We were told of Global Warming, of ice caps melting, of sea levels rising and flooding all the coastal areas.

That seems to have been revised to Climate Change to explain why temperatures in some areas had actually dropped, and countries recorded the coldest times in years.

Terrorism was presented as a global threat, that no country was safe from an attack.
The fear of overpopulation, with responding food shortages has been aired for centuries.

If that wasn’t enough, now we have a little bug, COVID – 19, that cannot hurt a healthy body, be presented as a world epidemic that has occasioned the necessity to lock down our economies, bankrupt industries, render people unemployed, impose hardships on businesses, restrict the social freedom of people, and disrupt life in general.

So! What’s next on the “Let’s get the world to fear” agenda? That is something that only God knows... and He does know...so we have no cause to fear.

“The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.”.

Proverbs 28:1

In Christ,
Pastor Sam
